Todd is passionate about helping clients navigate difficult situations with care and expertise, striving to make a positive impact during challenging times.

 

Guided by the core values of honesty, integrity, and compassion, Todd ensures that Boone Restoration operates as more than just a business—it’s a team dedicated to serving others with excellence and empathy.

 

Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and staying active through exercise. He also values opportunities to volunteer with various ministries, giving back to the community that he loves.

Logan has been a part of Boone for as long as he can remember, growing up alongside his father, the owner, and learning the ropes from a young age.

 

His deep connection to the company makes helping customers through difficult times especially meaningful to him. He also treasures the bond he shares with his team, who feel more like family. Guided by his faith, Logan approaches each day with the mindset of working for the audience of One, knowing that God is always present and deserving of all the glory.

 

Outside of work, Logan cherishes time spent with his wife, who he married in August 2022. Whether it’s surfing, traveling, or working out together, he loves sharing life’s adventures with her. Logan also enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, hiking, and exploring the beauty of God's creation. In addition to his work at Boone, Logan is a registered Emergency Room nurse, reflecting his passion for helping others.

Dustin has been a dedicated part of the Boone family for 20 years, joining the team in the summer of 2004. With a knack for analyzing details and ensuring smooth, efficient operations, he finds joy in the close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere at Boone, where everyone works together as a team. Guided by a commitment to honesty, integrity, and service, he sees every day as an opportunity to help those facing difficult situations.

 

Outside of work, Dustin loves spending quality time with his family and enjoying the outdoors. His interests include woodworking and a fascination with all things that fly. Married to his wonderful wife for 15 years, they have been blessed with two adopted sons and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their daughter.

Nate has been a valued member of Boone since July 2012, bringing over a decade of expertise and dedication to the role of Production Department Manager. With a passion for teamwork, he thrives in helping Boone navigate daily challenges, ensuring successful project outcomes.

 

Guided by the principle of empathy and care, Nate approaches each project with a heart for service. Inspired by the biblical teaching to “bear one another’s burdens,” he views his work as an opportunity to support clients during times of need.

 

Outside of work, Nate enjoys the great outdoors, whether biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, or cooking in nature. He also dedicates time to his community, overseeing a volunteer woodworking program for children alongside his wife at a local community center.

 

Married to his high school sweetheart for 32 years, Nate is a proud parent of three married daughters, three son-in-laws, a son, and three wonderful granddaughters who bring immense joy to his life.

Chad has been a valued member of Boone Restoration for 9 years. His favorite part of the job is listening to customers’ concerns, focusing on details that matter most to them, and finding the best ways to address those needs. Chad also enjoys collaborating with other departments, witnessing the teamwork that comes together in emergencies, and feels grateful to be part of a respectable company.

 

Guided by strong personal and faith-based values, Chad believes in doing what he says he will and owning up to mistakes when they happen. Honesty and integrity are central to his approach—he strives for these qualities over perfection.

 

Outside of work, Chad enjoys outdoor activities, campfires, bike riding, and spending quality time with his family on weekends. 

Jonathan has been an integral part of Boone Restoration for eight years, dedicating himself to helping those in need.

 

For Jonathan, this role is about more than just work; it’s about offering support and compassion to people facing challenging times.

 

His faith-based values—honesty, integrity, justice, mercy, and humility—guide him every day as he serves others. Outside of Boone, Jonathan finds joy in gardening and spending time in the outdoors.

Wade has been with Boone Restoration for five years. He finds joy in helping with disaster work and takes pride in being ready to assist people during their most challenging times, especially when they feel lost or unsure of what to do. Wade’s guiding principle is putting Christ first and living as a light for Him, with a strong passion for leading others to the Lord.

 

Outside of work, Wade enjoys fishing and supporting his two daughters with their greenhouse business, Miller Flowers Greenhouse, by assisting with party planning and operations. He also treasures spending quality time with his wife, two other daughters, and son. His dedication to faith, family, and service defines his work and life.

Nick has been with Boone Restoration for 14 years, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. His favorite part of the job is helping those in need, ensuring that every customer feels supported during challenging times. Guided by personal and faith-based values such as honesty, integrity, and humility, Nick approaches his work with compassion and a commitment to excellence.

 

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, camping, golfing, and participating in most sports. His passion for both his work and personal life reflects his dedication to making a positive impact in all areas of life.

With 15 years of dedicated service at Boone, Kevin is a key member of the team, excelling in helping customers navigate the complexities of the insurance repair process. His favorite part of the job is the strong teamwork and the opportunity to assist clients during challenging times.

 

Kevin’s work is deeply rooted in his faith, as he strives to promote and exemplify a Christ-like character in all his interactions. He relies on the Bible as a guiding influence in his daily decisions and problem-solving, ensuring integrity and care in every situation.

 

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his family, particularly enjoying outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and traveling whenever possible.

With a decade of experience at Boone, Rob Lermond is dedicated to supporting families during some of the most challenging times in their lives. He is passionate about fostering a strong, supportive culture that reflects Boone’s family-oriented atmosphere.

 

Guided by strong personal and faith-based values, Rob is committed to helping others and creating meaningful connections within the community.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and cherishing moments with his family and church community. Rob’s commitment to service and enthusiasm for community engagement make him an invaluable member of the Boone family.

Dale has been a dedicated member of the Boone Restoration family for the past 1 ½ years. His dedication and flexibility are invaluable to our team.

 

He takes great care in the company’s family-like atmosphere, where everyone is always ready to lend a hand and support one another.

 

Guided by his faith, Dale lives by two important scriptures:

Matthew 7:12, “In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets,” and Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

 

When he’s not at work, Dale enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, hiking, traveling, and relaxing on the lake with family and friends.

Caleb has been with Boone for four months, and his favorite part of the job is helping lighten the load for customers facing challenging situations.

 

He values being part of a team that prioritizes serving others and is deeply guided by the principles of Christ, aiming to make decisions that honor and glorify Him.

 

Married to his high school sweetheart for 24 years, Caleb is a father to three wonderful sons—one of whom also works at Boone—a sweet daughter, and a precious daughter-in-law. His ideal way to spend time is enjoying fun-filled adventures with his family, making memories together.

Beth has been a dedicated member of Boone Restoration for over 2 1/2 years, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in customer service and home improvement. She is passionate about supporting homeowners through challenging times, taking pride in alleviating their stress and helping restore cherished and sentimental items they thought were lost. Guided by love, compassion, empathy, and integrity, Beth finds fulfillment in making a difference for those she serves.

 

Outside of work, Beth is an active member of The Valley Church in Troy, where she has led Kids Ministry for 10 years and elementary worship for the past 5 years. Her creative pursuits include home renovation, woodworking, furniture restoration, and crafting custom decor such as wooden flags and wall signs. Beth also treasures quality time with her friends and family.

Zeb has been with Boone Restoration since April 2017. He finds fulfillment in helping people during water or fire loss situations, seeing his work as a way to fulfill his faith-driven purpose to assist those in need. Zeb values Boone’s strong morals and the supportive companionship shared among employees.

 

Outside of work, Zeb stays busy with home improvement projects and running a family wedding venue alongside his wife and children. He enjoys cheering on OSU football and supporting his daughter as she plays volleyball.
